Our Covenant

Key Pillars

The Plan is to Create a United and Collaborative Government Built Upon These Non-Negotiable Pillars:

Service Delivery
& Infrastructure

No more water cuts. No more potholes. No more load-shedding in Tshwane. We will fix the basics first: clean water, reliable electricity, functional sanitation, and well-maintained roads in every ward.

Tshwane Motors
2030

We will design, manufacture, and export Africa's first globally competitive smart vehicle. Revive Rosslyn and Mamelodi automotive hubs. Create 15,000 direct jobs. Compete with China, India, and Europe.

Smart City
Tshwane

Africa's first integrated smart city. Free public WiFi in all townships. Smart meters for water and electricity. E-governance so residents can report faults, pay bills, and attend virtual town halls.

Good Governance
& Stability

End the chaos of 5 mayors in one term. We will legislate a Stability Clause requiring 60% majority for motions of no confidence. Ward councillors report to communities, not party bosses.

Local Economic
Development

Slash red tape for SMMEs and spaza shops. Township industrial parks. 30% local procurement mandate. Youth employment fund. Make Tshwane the easiest place in SA to start a business.

Financial
Management

Clean audits. No wasteful expenditure. Revenue protection from illegal connections. Every cent accounted for. Transparent procurement dashboard – all contracts over R500K publicly visible.

Safety &
Community Services

Safe streets, well-lit parks, functional libraries. Equip Metro Police. Support community policing forums. Revive public spaces as centers of community life.

The People's Voice

Why We
Fight

From Soshanguve to Mamelodi, Hammanskraal to Atteridgeville – the people have spoken.

"For too long, our city has been governed by coalitions of convenience. 5 mayors in one term. No water in Hammanskraal. Empty promises. We are done waiting."
– Resident, Hammanskraal
"We need leaders who live in our communities, not politicians who parachute in only during elections. Larry Matlala is one of us."
– Resident, Soshanguve Block HH
"My son is an engineer but can't find work. We have the skills in Tshwane. We need a government that creates opportunities, not excuses."
– Resident, Mamelodi East
"Purple Prosperity is not just a slogan. It's the first time I've heard a candidate talk about building a car factory in our township. That's vision."
– Entrepreneur, Atteridgeville
"I'm tired of councillors who only show up when they need my vote. I want a champion who lives on my street and answers to my community."
– Resident, Mabopane
